The record of diaspora which ties Tokyo and Beijing. Still images which are quiescent but continous and moving images which seem to stand still but keep moving alternate in this film. Time seems like an unfolded plait of supended moments like the arrows of Zenon's Paradox. From the first time when they met in the dressing room of Tokyo to these days when they live in Beijing together, the film records her 9 years' absence and their connection. It remembers their past and present; the landscape of a strange city they saw when they first came to Beijing, days and nights they spent togther in Tokyo after they met again, changes of her body conceiving and giving a birth, and the baby like their own life.
